Communication
Good communication with our patients is very important to us and we take our time to explain proposed treatment, any risks associated with it as well as available alternatives. There will always be time to ask questions about the treatment or any other aspect of care at the practice.
Concerns or complaints will always be treated seriously and according to recognised and recommended guidelines. Any concerns or complaints should be forwarded to Dr. Nick Law, the practice principal.
Recommendations
If you are pleased with the care and treatment you receive from our practice please recommend us to others. We welcome new patients.
Facilities
We have children’s books and toys in the reception area.
The Team
We try to treat people as a whole individual person. We like to go that extra mile to ensure the experience is as pleasant as it can be. After all, we would like you to return for routine periodic checks and recommend us to your friends, colleagues and family, so it is in our joint interests to treat you well and gently as possible in a reassuring and cheerful way. Confidence in the way we treat you is the most important way we can allay the nervousness many people have about Dentistry.
Missed Appointments
If you are not able to keep your appointment please give us at least 24 hours notice. If it is an NHS appointment and two appointments have been missed then you may be refused treatment. If less than 24 hours notice is given on a private appointment a charge proportionate to the length of appointment time may be made.
Refunds
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your care and treatment. However should you feel unhappy about a treatment or service provided by us, please contact the surgery where we will discuss and assess the situation and provide a refund where appropriate.
